Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains who looks after your personal information, what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It is written to follow Mexican data-protection law.
If anything is unclear, or if you would like to use any of your rights, write to animaarcana333@gmail.com.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Anima Arcana, run by Virginia Giordano in Oaxaca, Mexico, is responsible for collecting, using and protecting your personal information. You can reach us at animaarcana333@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the service or product you are interested in, the messages you send through the contact form, your delivery address when you order products, and the details you share when booking.
Health-related information. Before a bodywork or energy session, we may ask about physical limitations, injuries, allergies, medication, pregnancy or emotional circumstances, so that we can keep you safe. This is sensitive information. We only ask for what is needed, we only use it with your express consent, and you can decline to answer any question.
Payments. If you pay online, the payment is handled by a third-party processor. We do not store your full card details.
Photographs. If you take part in a photography session, the images are handled as described in our Terms & Conditions, and we do not publish identifiable photographs of you without your permission.
Technical data. Like most websites, ours may record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and may use essential cookies so the site works properly.
3. Why we use it
To answer your messages, manage bookings, deliver sessions, courses and products, process payments, send confirmations and arrange delivery, keep you safe during sessions, and meet our legal obligations.
With your consent, we may also send you news about courses, workshops and new products. You can say no to this, or stop it at any time, without it affecting your bookings or purchases.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run Anima Arcana, such as payment processors, booking or scheduling platforms, email providers, website hosting and delivery companies, and only as much as they need to do their job. These services have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law or a competent authority requires it.
Your health-related information is not shared with anyone outside Anima Arcana, unless there is an emergency or the law requires it.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong or out of date, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or limit how we use it. These are known as ARCO rights.
To use any of them, write to animaarcana333@gmail.com with your name, how to contact you, which right you want to use, and a clear description of your request. We will reply within the time the law allows. You may also withdraw a consent you have given at any time, and stop receiving news from us using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
If you feel your rights have not been respected, you may contact the competent data-protection authority in Mexico.
6. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete it or make it anonymous. We use reasonable technical and practical measures to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously.
7. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies and similar technologies so it works properly. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will tell you here and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its date, and we will tell you about significant changes where the law requires it.
